DAILY ACTIVITY ( ENGLISH )

         Hello guys, . I wanna tell you again about what i do in the kitchen. Today i leave from home at 06.30 am. After i arrived in the campus i go straight prepare my self for in the kitchen. At 07.30 am we oneline in front the kitchen for checking our personal and tools or grooming. Then we in the kitchen for put my toolbag in locker and oneline again in main kitchen area. Before we prepare all ingredient. Before chef Aldino come to the kitchen supervisior told us to read the small book.

       At 08.15 am we prepare all ingredients for today we make a table d'hote menu according my group is french bread and yellow cake butter. After all ingredients ready I make a french bread then I mix butter and sugar untill well. After that I first proofing for 15 minute. And then I punching french bread and I proofing again for 1 hours. After second proofing I portion scale. And after I rounding I do a last proofing and I bake a french bread.

      At 12.00 am we doing a cleaning area. After that I prepare ingredients for make a yellow butter cake. First we mix butter and sugar until well, and than we add salt, baking powder little by little. After mix well we put the milk and cream. Than we portion for the bake. While waiting the cake finish in the bake, we make a frosting. At 17.15 we oneline for general cleaning. After being divided into several groups, we immediately clean in accordeance with the area that has been determined. At 18.30 we oneline again and back to home.




Yellow Cake Butter
  • 720 gr Butter
  • 780 gr Sugar 
  • 7 gr Salt
  • 450 gr Egg
  • 900 gr Soft Flour
  • 35 gr Baking Powder
  • 900 ml Fresh Milk
  • 15 gr Vanilla
