Today is the third day i practic and today my turn became the class leader. So i come early to campus. At 06.40 am i arrived in campus and upon arrival i immedeatly open the gas, turn on the stove and oven, preparing water on each stove and preparing the three bucket system. After that we oneline in front kitchen and senior checked our grooming and toolbag, then we in the kitchen and saves the bag on locker.
Then we oneline again and pray before we practic and then bevery group explain how to make every the dish. While waiting chef Dino come we preparing ingredients that we have not prepared yesterday, when chef Dino come explain about what we do and explain about menu for today. for my group made a soup that is tom yum goong. At 11.30 am restaurant open every dish out to restaurant start from appetizer, soup, main course and dessert and at 13.40 am restaurant close.
After restaurant closing we general cleaning untill finish and after that we eat together in front kitchen. After that i checked kitchen area untill is compeletly clean. Then we oneline and chef Ical telling about our product today at 16.05 we pray before we go home.
