Today is the second day i practic after mid and today i wanna telling what i do. I come early to campus at 06.45 am, upon i arrived i breakfast while waiting my friends come. After that we oneline and senior checked our grooming and toolbag, then we in the kitchen and save bag in locker.
After that we oneline again and pray before we practic. While waiting chef Dino, we explain what we prepare yesterday with senior. Not long after that chef Dino come and explain about what we should do today and explain about we will make tomorrow. And my group make main course that is beef rice bowl.
Then we prepare all ingredients, I and Agung prepare the beef and i cut shape dice. After that Agung marinate the beef with salt, papper, cornstarch, baking powder, egg and sesame oil.
At 11.30 am restaurant open and every the dish out to restaurant untill restaurant closed. After that we general cleaning untill finished, and then we eat together in front the kitchen. At 17.30 am we oneline and pray before we go home.
