Hello guys, . I wanna tell you again about what i do in the kitchen. Today i leave from home at 06.30 am. After i arrived in the campus i go straight prepare my self for in the kitchen. At 07.30 am we oneline in front the kitchen for checking our personal and tools or grooming. Then we in the kitchen for put my toolbag in locker and oneline again in main kitchen area. Before we prepare all ingredient. Before chef Aldino come to the kitchen supervisior told us the menu for tommorow.
After chef Aldino coming, chef showing to me a many the knife he has and after that chef ask about what we do today. After that we doing according my group, and my group get an appetizer is chicken liver and herb pate with hollandaise sauce. While waiting restaurant open we prepare ingredients for tommorow is chicken salad hawaian, and after we prepare we looking chef Aldino plating my food.
And then i help my friend for making yellow butter cake. Here, i teach my friend step by step making yellow butter cake and the frosting. and then i and Agung make again chanai bread but for today the chanai bread different from yesterday, afer that we cooking the bread until golden. Then after i making chanai bread i doing a general cleaning untill finish and we oneline in front the kitchen and pray before we go home.
