Hello guys, today the first time for me in to the second semester and this is a first my blog. The first i want introduce my self my name is Muhammad Zahran Faried Jaka Utama you can call me Jaka. Now i college in Tourism Polytechnic of Makassar a majors Hospitality that is Food Production Management. And i wanna tell you my daily activity today and i would you like to tell about my daily activity. start from i come in university into the kitchen, oneline and general cleaning until i come from the kitchen.
At 06.03 am i leave from home to campus. After i'm arrived in campus i prepare my self for in to the kitchen. And after that we online in front the kitchen for checking our personal and tools then i put my toolbag in locker. And then we in to the kitchen and directly accept the lesson from Chef Aldino about menu breakfast one week and share a many recipe for breakfast. After that we prepare all ingredients for hard roll and then my group explained about how to make hard roll with supervisior .
Around the 14.37 am all our product are finished and we immediately cleaning up which we already use. 15.12 am we given a time for break and pray, after that we back to online for general cleaning and supervisior pick our group for general cleaning. Before we back to home Chef Aldino explain about what we do tomorrow and Mr. Jaya explain about task of KPA. After we general cleaning we online again and we get information from Mr. Faisal Akbar for tomorrow the last we back to home.
