Hallo guys. I wanna tell you again about
what i do in the kitchen. Today is three day i make a daily activity in the
blogger. Today i leave in campus at 06.10 am
and i arrived in campus at 07.00 am , after that we oneline in fround the kitchen for checking our
personal and tools or grooming.Then we in the kitchen for put bag in the locker
and oneline again.
At 08.30 am we take it all ingredients which was prepared yesterday. My group
working a main course like a membuat fillet of snapper meunier, potatoes
au gratin dan glezed root vegetables with butter sauce . while we wait for restaurant open, i
help my friends to prepare.
After it finished, all group standing in
section to wait chef Aldino for how to presenting food it. After that we wait
open restaurant and here we divide work to presenting in plate until garnish. After
restauran closing we do prepare for practical tommorow like a sop kacang merah.
Then we do general cleaning and online again for pray before we back home.
