GRATIN POTATOES

Ingredients :
 1 kg potatoes
 200 gr Gruyere cheese
 1 pcs egg
 Butter, as needed
 Garlic, as needed
 Nutmeg, as needed
 Salt and pepper, as needed
 ½ ltr milk

Procedures :
1. First of all, warm the milk. Don’t let it boil, and set aside.
2. While it’s cooling, peel the potatoes and slice it thinly
3. After that, put the potatoes into the dish. And give it seasoning, such as nutmeg, salt
and pepper
4. Then, mix half of the cheese and egg into the milk
5. Next, stir the mixture into the potatoes
6. Spread the potatoes with butter and garlic
7. And put the remaining cheese on top
8. Last, bake it for 45 minutes. And gratin potatoes is ready to serve

APPLE CRUMBLE

Ingredients :
 2-3 pcs Bramley apples
 75 gr unsalted butter
 75 gr white flour
 30 gr brown sugar
 Nutmeg, as needed
 2 dsp water
 100 ml cream

Procedures :
1. First, peel, seed and slice the apples
2. Then, put it into the pan with nutmeg and water. And cook until it becomes the puree
3. After that, cool the puree for 5 minutes
4. Next, add the little bit of brown sugar. And stir it into the cream
5. Meanwhile, rub the butter and flour until it looks like a grain of sands
6. Stir the brown sugar into the flour and butter mix until it becomes the crumble
7. Put the puree into the dish. And cover with the crumble
8. And the last, cook it under the grill until the butter melts and the top browns
