DAILY ACTIVITY ( ENGLISH )

     Monday, June 4, 2018. Today is the final test for my group, my group get a menu rotation 2.4 that is Japanese food. The menu consists of okonomiyaki, miso soup, sushi and dorayaki. Then we divide the four section, I get the main course of sushi and where sushi is divided into 4 types of hosomakisushi, nigirisushi, temakisushi and gunkansushi. After Mr. Ical explained what we do today, we immediately work in accordance with the section. First I fillet  salmon fish as a filling of nigirisushi.

     After that I prepare filling for hosomakisushi and temakisushi that is zucchini, crab stick and shrimp, then i make batayaki sauce and teriyaki sauce and for the ingredients almost same consisting of soy sauce (kikkoman), mirin, honey, salt, sesame seed but for batayaki used with butter, tomato ketchup and tonkatsu (buldog). To make it easy enough that all the ingredients are mixed until blended and cooked to a boil.

     At 11.23 I helped the appetizer section to prepare the filling for okonomiyaki which was cabbage (shreded), leek (sliced) and beef bacon, after all was done I helped Yusria and kak Roni to make chicken curry. Then I help Gita and Andini to make sushi which where each type of sushi has a different shape. And at 15.30 we started plating sushi on the  marble table.




    While waiting for Mr. Ical to come we prepared for buka puasa with the help some seniors and after that we started the general cleaning but not long after that call to prayer to commemorate the breaking of fasting time has arrived, so we stop to break the fast and after breaking our general cleaning is where I get the butcher section with Ica. At 19.25 we go oneline and pray to go home.
